We do not routinely offer package discounts on personalised boards.
For large commercial printing projects or substantial bulk orders, please contact us for a quotation based on your requirements.
Yes! We are a professional printing company, and customers are welcome to supply their own completed designs.
We recommend creating your artwork using suitable design software and submitting it as a print-ready, high-resolution PDF.
Our preferred format is a high-resolution, print-ready PDF.
Please ensure your artwork:
We recommend a resolution of 150–300 DPI at the final print size, depending on the product and viewing distance.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable.
Yes! Canva can be used to create your design.
Please ensure you use the correct dimensions and export your completed artwork as a high-quality PDF suitable for printing.
For large-format designs, please check that all photographs and graphics are sufficiently high-resolution.
We strongly discourage using low-resolution or unsuitable AI-generated images for large-format printing.
Although AI-generated artwork may look clear on a mobile phone or computer, it may become blurry, distorted, or pixelated when enlarged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their supplied artwork is suitable for printing.
Yes! We offer a design service for customers who require assistance creating their signage or backdrop.
Our standard design service starts from £35, depending on the complexity of the design.
Please contact us before ordering if you require design assistance so we can confirm the applicable charge and design requirements.
When we create a design for you, a digital proof may be supplied for approval before printing.
Customers who submit completed print-ready artwork are responsible for ensuring their designs are accurate.
Please carefully check names, dates, spelling, colours, and layout before approving any proof.
Many of our event backdrops and display boards are printed on 3.5mm or 4mm correx, depending on the product.
Correx is a lightweight, durable, fluted polypropylene material commonly used for event signage and display boards.
We also offer other printing materials, including foamex, vinyl, paper, and acrylic products, depending on the project.
Correx itself is water-resistant and suitable for many temporary indoor and outdoor applications.
However, we recommend protecting printed boards from prolonged exposure to heavy rain, strong winds, and extreme weather.
For outdoor events, please ensure all signage is securely supported.
Many of our freestanding event boards are supplied with compatible stands.
However, stand availability depends on the product purchased.
Please check the individual product description to confirm whether a stand is included or available separately.
Some of our large-format correx backdrops and boards are supplied folded or in sections to make delivery safer and more practical.
Fold lines or joining sections may be visible depending on the size and construction of the board.
Please refer to the product description before purchasing.
Yes! Our freestanding boards are designed for straightforward assembly.
Where applicable, assembly instructions or guidance will be provided.
We recommend assembling your board before your event to ensure all components are present and you are familiar with the setup process.
Many of our boards can be reused if handled, stored, and assembled carefully.
We recommend keeping boards clean, dry, and protected from excessive bending or pressure.
The lifespan will depend on the material, frequency of use, and storage conditions.
Our standard production times are generally:
Production begins once payment, artwork, and any required approvals have been received.
Please note that delivery time is additional.
Standard UK delivery for eligible large-format boards starts from £9.99.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, quantity, and destination.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment.
Yes! We offer an express next-working-day delivery option for eligible orders at an additional charge.
Please note that next-day delivery applies after your order has been printed and dispatched.
It does not automatically reduce the standard production time.
Express delivery is subject to courier availability, postcode eligibility, and dispatch cut-off times.
We understand that last-minute orders sometimes arise.
Please contact us before placing an urgent order with your required product, quantity and deadline.
We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
Urgent production is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event, particularly for personalised backdrops, large-format boards and seating plans.
This allows sufficient time for production, delivery and assembly.
Customers requiring delivery by a specific date should obtain written confirmation before ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where available, courier tracking details will be provided.
Please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.
International shipping may be available upon request.
Please contact us with the destination country, product details and quantity so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.
Products genuinely personalised or made to a customer’s specifications are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
Therefore, we do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns for these products.
However, if your item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect due to our error, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
For genuinely personalised or bespoke orders, cancellation may be considered before production begins at our discretion.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Eligible standard, non-personalised products remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.
We kindly ask that you report visible delivery damage within 24 hours of receiving your order, wherever possible.
Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged product, and photographs of the packaging.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
The 24-hour notification request does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork and personalisation details before submitting or approving their design.
If an error is present in customer-supplied artwork and the product has been printed accurately according to that file, we do not ordinarily provide a free replacement or refund solely for that error.
If the mistake was made during our production process, please contact us so we can investigate.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Once processed, the time taken for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
For more information, please review our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
